Tracy Brûlé, Vice-President – Public Engagement

Tracy Brûlé is an international affairs practitioner with several years of experience in the public and private sectors and has significant expertise in the area of relationship building and outreach. Tracy is also experienced on international and national security-related issues. She has an MA in Conflict Studies from the University of Ottawa and Saint Paul University where she focused her research on female suicide terrorism as well as irregular migration from Central America and Mexico into the United States. As the Council on International Policy’s Vice-President for Public Engagement, Tracy’s unique experience in networking and advocacy positions her to establish the partnerships necessary to advance public discourse on pressing international issues.
